Gujarat’s first health ATM operational at Gheti village, will be able to perform 41 tests in 20 minutes
– Health and Wellness Center is developed in PHC, people will stop being rushed to hospital
– A printout of the treatment list can be obtained, the specialist doctor will advise through video conference
The first health ATM of the state has been installed at Gheti village of Palitana taluka. Anyone can get checked for 41 diseases in 20 minutes through this health ATM. Equipped with modern technology, this health ATM has recently been opened to the public.
Efforts were made to introduce health ATM service to increase the well-being of people through the combination of technology in the health sector. For this, it was planned to select the primary health center of Palitana’s Gheti village, which has been developed as a health and wellness center by the government, and place a health ATM equipped with modern technology here. For this, the government allocated the first health ATM of the state in Gheti village after the presentation by the district development officer.
Which has been launched last week. More than 41 tests including diabetes, malaria, dengue, blood and urine can be done through this health ATM. The result of this test can be forwarded to the specialist and a list of necessary advice and treatment can be printed through video conference.
