Roles and Responsibilities:
- Arrive at time and open the HealthATM Centre/ room
- Ensure that the surroundings are clean and furniture/ fixtures are well arranged
- Ensure that HealthATM is “ON” and in working condition
- Ensure that there is availability of consumables, stationary and other inventory items
- Register new patients
- Perform different type of medical test on patient, which is available on HealthATM
- Receive payables for services delivered as per the policy
- Maintain daily cash collections, if any and upkeep the records
- Carry out banking functions as per the instructions and protocol
- Co-ordinating with Doctors, consultant and other service providers
- Arrange/Maintain/order medical consumable and coordinate with inventory dept.
- Manage and upkeep of HealthATM machine and devices
- Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise
- Co-ordinate with the technical team for any technical support
Requirements for the Position:
- Language: Good command on Hindi and Local dialect. Basic level use of English.
- Good communication skills- spoken, written
- Presentable and self-driven/ motivated
- Basic Computer Operational Skills/ Browsing Skills/ Applications Use
Educational Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Certification/ Diploma
- Nursing Degree/ Nursing Diploma/ Lab Technician/ Phlebotomist
- Work Experience- Minimum One Year
Workplace
Delhi NCR (Non-Transferable)
Duty Timings: 8:30 AM- 5:30 PM (Lunch off 1 PM- 1:30 PM)
Days: Six days/ week
Off Day: Sunday (Subject to change as per policy)
