Sales Operations Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
  • Follow- up with the team and update it to the manager.
  • Prepare weekly to do list for the manager
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products/services, promotions and company policies.
  • Provide product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Prepare sales reports, invoices and other documents as required.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner and forward it to the respective team.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications and Requirements for the Position:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and paperwork.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Good in Microsoft office
  • Must have a good power point presentation skills
