Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the HealthATM

sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Marathi and English, a strong

understanding of the sales process and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. The role

involves promoting our innovative YoloHealth’s product such as HealthATM, HealthBAG and Mobile

Medical Unit, driving sales and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and engage potential clients, including Government organisation, hospitals,

clinics, corporate offices and public health organizations.

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and

benefits of YoloHealth’s product.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Address client inquiries, provide solutions and ensure high levels of customer

satisfaction.

3. Market Research:

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business

growth.

• Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and market demands.

4. Sales Reporting:

• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts and updates on a regular basis.

• Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.

5. Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with

product offerings.

• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and other promotional events to enhance brand

visibility.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.

• Proficiency in Marathi and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to understand technical products and explain their benefits to clients.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and capable of working independently.

• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
