Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive online visibility, brand awareness, and lead generation.
  • SEO and SEM: Manage and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to our website.
  • Content Marketing: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and social media content.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, creating engaging content, running paid campaigns, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, increase customer retention, and drive conversions.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and development, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.

Requirements of the Position:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
