Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief- Medical Services to join our Clinic 99 division of our company, HealthATM India PVT LTD. The ideal candidate is expected to act as mentors to their physicians and medical staff, requiring good leadership qualities, patience, and confidence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate on technical specifications of Medical IOT/ POCD Devices
• Coordinate on specifications/ quality of reagent / test kits purchase & adoption
• Control/ Monitor QA of HealthATM tests spectrum w.r.t. conventional testing system
• Coordinate on providing medical knowledge and wisdom for tech development related to health reports, data trends, advisory, interactive content using Bot/ patient app interface
• Control/ Monitor Healthcare Services Network- alliance, agreements, integration, on-boarding and working principles
• Control/ Monitor on Pricing/ Tariff of Clinic99 Model
• Control/ Monitor Doctor engagement at Clinic99 Model
• Coordinate on medical related content for website, social media, digital marketing campaigns
• Establish, manage & operate clinical services call centre for 24/7 connect with Clinical Nutritionist, GP, Specialists and Other key experts
• Control/ Monitor Health Data dashboard, trends and coordinate for predictive health pathway development

Requirements of the Position:

• Valid medical license.
• Clinical risk management experience.
• Good organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
